The App allows property owners ("sellers") to list properties and potential buyers/tenants ("users") to search and view property listings. The App does not facilitate actual payment or transfer of property ownership — it is a listing and contact platform only. Users can contact sellers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or request a callback.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information required to provide listing, search, and contact features. This includes:
Property Details: property title, description, address, number of rooms, property type, price (if provided), images, amenities, and other details supplied by sellers when listing a property.
Communications: messages, call or callback requests, and other communications between users and sellers (we may store message metadata).
Usage Data: app usage, search queries, device and analytics data (e.g., device model, OS version, app version, IP address, crash logs) to improve the App.
Payment & Billing Metadata: if you make in-app purchases (for listing limits or promotions), we record the transaction metadata (amount, date, package purchased, transaction ID). Payment card details are not stored by the App; payments are processed by third-party payment processors.
Location Data: if you permit, basic location information to improve search relevance (approximate city/area). Precise real-time location is not required for normal app function unless you enable a location feature.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide and operate the App's listing, search, contact, and promotional features.
Process purchases for listing limits and promotional placement (through third-party payment processors).
Enable communication between users and property owners.
Improve the App, diagnose issues, and perform analytics.

4. Sharing & Third Parties

Service providers (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics providers, push notification services) who help us run the App.
Other users: the property details and seller contact information you provide will be visible to users of the App (this is necessary for the App's core functionality).

Important — Non-Refundable: All purchases made in the App (including purchases that increase the property add limit or payment for promoted placement) are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing any package or promotion you acknowledge and agree that payments are final. Users who wish to dispute a transaction should contact the App administrator; however, the App and Vyomix Technologies are not obligated to provide refunds.
Additional payment notes:
The App currently limits sellers to adding one property by default. To add additional properties, sellers must purchase an increased listing limit package.
Promotion purchases place a listing in higher search visibility for the purchased period. Promotion durations and exact placement rules are defined in the product details inside the App.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; the App does not store full credit/debit card details.
6. Retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes (including recordkeeping, legal compliance, and dispute resolution). If you request deletion, we will remove your account and associated personal data subject to any legal or operational constraints (for example, transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance).
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information through technical and organizational measures. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Do not share passwords or sensitive personal information in public fields or messages.
8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
9. Your Rights & Choices
